How to download these AVI video clips
Click with your right mouse button on each clip and choose 'save target as'. It may take 3 minutes to 30 minutes depending on your internet speed. Size is indicated in megabytes. Then browse to the folder that you want it to download to. 
When it's downloaded you should be able to click on it and Windows media player will play it.(Quicktime for Mac users)
